Attorney Mi Martin Puyang is the founder and the managing member of the firm. She obtained her Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Maryland School of Law, Doctor of Philosophy Degree and Master of Arts Degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Attorney Puyang is admitted as an Attorney of the Court of Appeals of Maryland and the United States District Court District of Maryland. She has been a Board Member of Maryland-China Business Council (MCBC) since 2006 and is a member of Maryland State Bar Association (MSBA).
