The Immigrant Investor (EB-5) Program – Green Card through Investment
USCIS administers the Immigrant Investor Program, also known as “EB-5,” created by Congress in 1990 to stimulate the U.S. economy through job creation and capital investment by foreign investors. The most popular EB-5 program is the Regional Center program which was created by Section 610 of Public Law 102-395 (Oct. 6, 1992). The draw of the Regional Center program is due in large part to a lower investment of $500,000, “indirect employment creation” requirement and the more passive nature of investor’s role. As demand for this program continues to grow at record pace, please do not wait any longer and contact us to tap into our wealth of knowledge, information, and insights. Our Attorneys and professionals will help you pursue your goal of obtaining permanent residence in the United States through the EB-5 investment program.
