Bilingual Legal Assistant (Full-time)
Location: This is an onsite position in Catonsville, Baltimore County
About the Role
As our Legal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team’s efforts to provide comprehensive immigration solutions. You will be at the forefront of our operations, handling critical tasks that enable us to maintain our high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and managing client inquiries.
- Assisting in preparing immigration forms and supporting documents.
- Performing data entry and maintaining organized filing systems.
- Handling various office duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and a second language in Chinese or Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Dependable, responsible, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
- College degree or paralegal certificate.
- References upon request.
